The days of simply selecting the cheapest supplier are over. Our sourcing tools now combine the cost element of a supplier quote with the anticipated CO2e impact. Factors such as the supplier's proximity to the delivery location, their power sources, and their waste recycling practices are included in the comparisons.

Choice is key. With real-time carbon impact calculations, you can provide options to clients, combining pricing, cost savings, and carbon impacts into your Mtivity-created client estimates. Carbon scoring is provided alongside the quoted items, enabling clients to make informed decisions that align with their goals. Accurate final scores - what happens when something changes during a project?

How can we account for “real-world changes” during the lifecycle of a job? Recognising that circumstances might well change, we collect key information at appropriate times and re-score the CO2e impact as needed, while keeping the history. For example, if a job is shipped by a diesel van instead of an electric one, or if a pallet is wrapped in non-recyclable material instead of HDPE, we rescore. This ensures the final CO2e calculation is as accurate as possible.
